Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Right of retraction/ Returns or exchanges

All the articles visible on the www.nidabeille-eshop.com site can be the object of an exchange or a refund.
The demand of exchange by the customer has to intervene within 7 days from the date of receipt. If the new order is of a higher amount, the user will have to attach the balance payment to the request of exchange. On the contrary, if the amount of the exchange is lower than the initial amount, the user will receive a bank check with the new article in refund of the difference.
Shipping costs remain chargeable to the customer.
According to the law, the cancellation of the order can be also asked within 8 days. If the goods were not sent the customer will be credited within 48 hours by bank card if he had chosen this method of payment or by bank check within 8 days if the order had been paid by bank check. In case the order has been sent, the refund of the amount will be made by bank check within 8 days after receipt of the returned goods.


In every case :

  • The refunded amount will correspond to the amount paid with the order.
  • Shipping costs remain chargeable to the customer.
  • We recommend to you the return by Colissimo with delivery against signature.

The return of one or several articles within this delay must imperatively be accompanied with the return slip accompanied with the article in mint condition, in its original packing to the address of NID ABEILLE. NID ABEILLE will refuse any damaged article which would not have been the object of remarks or express reserves made by the customer from the delivery.
