DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer with the order. If the delivery address is not specified during registration, the order will be delivered to the billing address. In case of error in the title of address and phone number, the seller should in no way be responsible for the impossibility in which he could be to deliver the product.
Articles will be sent to the customers by UPS. A contribution to shipping costs is charged to the customer and the amount is indicated on the order summary. At the time of the order delivery, the customer has to check carefully the contents and the state of the parcel and make possible reserves with the carrier in case of missing articles or deterioration.
The possible delays in delivery do not give the customer the right to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages. Any complaint for non-compliance or missing article in the delivery must be passed on within 48 hours following the reception of the order.
In case of payment by check, the order will be handled only after receipt and bank collection of the check. As a consequence, the applicable deadlines in this case start on the day of receipt of the check and can thus be modified with regard to those mentioned on the day of placing the order.
Postal charges are fixed and determined for France – Europe- and beyond Europe
For environmental and logistical reasons Nid Abeillehas now been manufacturing only on order for more than one year. Your order is sent the same day to our workshop and each one is made by our workers especially for you, as if it was a made-to-measure order.
For better logistics the orders are then gathered together and sent to our showroom in Paris within 7 to 10 days.

PAYMENT
The payment of the order can be made either by bank card by on-line payment with the order validation, or by bank check emitted by a bank domiciled in continental France.
Order by check: the customer, after printing the order form finalizing his purchase, will make a voluntary sending of this printing at the following address: NID ABEILLE - 12 Rue Bouchardon - 75010 Paris – France. The receipt of the check, on the back of which the N ° of order, the address and phone number of the customer will be indicated, will constitute an irrevocable commitment between the parties.
For credit card payments: to assure the safety of payments, the NID D’ABEILLE site uses the secured payment services of PayPa and CM-CIC paiement. Both of these are a simple, fast, secure and free method of payment: They allow you to pay by credit card in a secure way. You do not pass on your financial data to the seller, who only sees your email address. You transmit your financial data only to PayPal who protects them thanks to the best anti-fraud technologies on the market.
